About Us International Fertility Group is an independently owned medical clinic located in Northbrook, Illinois. We are not a chain and not a hospital system. Our focus is calm, low-volume, patient-centered care with an emphasis on physician autonomy and sustainable work–life balance.
We are opening a new private OB/GYN clinic designed intentionally to give physicians what is often missing in traditional hospital or corporate settings.
Why This Role Is Different If you’re an OB/GYN tired of hospital politics, excessive call, and production pressure, this role was built for you.
This is not a high-volume corporate clinic and not a hospital-employed position.
It’s a physician-led private practice with a predictable schedule and a supportive team.
What Your Day Looks Like Outpatient OB/GYN care in a calm, well-organized setting Time to build meaningful, long-term patient relationships Focus on medicine — administrative and operational support provided No pressure for overbooking or unnecessary procedures
Schedule & Call
No night shifts No Sundays Very light, structured call (details discussed transparently upfront) Stable weekly schedule with no last-minute changes
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $600,000 – $700,000 per year Performance-based bonuses (clear and achievable) Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off CME & professional development support Travel reimbursement (if applicable)

Requirements
Who This Role Is Ideal For
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN (MD or DO) Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (newer attendings welcome)
