Schedule & Support
- Typical week includes 2 clinic days, 1 OR day, and 1 call day
- Shared 1:8 call rotation with 12-hour OB shifts
- Midwives provide first-call coverage and inpatient triage to support physician workflow
- Efficient clinic schedule averaging approximately 18 patients per day
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with productivity incentives
- $20,000 sign-on bonus plus up to $10,000 relocation assistance
